Is it cheaper to buy a harley davidson in the USA rather than Canada?
Since Deely marks up the price and the local dealers add on their markup plus the provincial tax and the GSTax , is it worth the hassel to go thru all the paperwork to bring back a motorcycle from the US?
If you had a postal box in the USA, you could buy one cheapest in Beaumont,Texas. They stock more HD than anyone other than Barnett HD in AZ is the second choice.
You could buy one in the USA and ride it back for fun to see the country. It’s over 3000 mile trip. So plan on stopping at another HD shop to have the 500 mile warranty done, prior to going home. The next one after that is 5000 miles. Also make sure to put synthetic oil in at the 500 mile maintenance check up.
All the US prices are the same at every dealer ship, so just pick the one which has your bike, but the exception is California, due to emissions.
