Why is it that you can't purchase a Harley Davidson Motorcycle on Sundays in Indiana?

I have just heard that you can not purchase a Harley Davidson on Sundays in Indiana. Is this true and if so why.
just a guess: cuz the dealerships are all closed on sundays?
