    I used to think exactly the same way you do untill someone pointed out to me that the Scriptures of God is not merely a Book but the Word of God who is alive and in Business. As such the Bible is translated in many languages and like any live language, evoluates with time. So it isn’t a matter of not agreeing to read the same book but more like reading the same message.
